A new chapter of my life has begun in Fukuoka, Japan. After moving into my new home, I’m slowly settling into my new life and getting ready to start my new job. In this vlog, I get a haircut, explore my new neighborhood, enjoy a delicious omurice lunch, and go grocery shopping while checking out the prices of everyday food in Fukuoka. 🛒 Moving has cost me quite a bit, so I’ll be trying to save money for a while. But I still want to enjoy little things along the way—good food, exploring new places, and making my new home feel more like my own. Living in a different part of Japan has already surprised me in many little ways, from sweet soy sauce to nighttime garbage collection. It’s interesting to discover how everyday life can be different even within the same country. Tomorrow is also my first day at my new job after about a month away from work.
