Big Back Day | UltraFlex Durham w/ James Murphy & Myles McMullen

I'm back with another training video, this time with my friends/clients James Murphy & Myles McMullen for a big back day at UltraFlex Durham. James and Myles have both come off the back of a contest prep (3 days prior to this being filmed) but you can be sure we put all of those cookie calories to good use with a session that was supposed to be quite tame, but when Magic Eye Media's lens is on you, it's hard to hold back!
