Genomics of the origin and adaptation of the woolly mammoth" David Díez del Molino is a researcher at Stockholm University and a group leader at the Centre for Palaeogenetics. His research is focused on the use ancient, historical, and modern genomic data to study patterns of evolution in extinct and endangered species and more recently also insect adaptation. He has been author in several relevant articles about woolly mammoth genomics in the last decade.
