Kawasaki Sherpa cylinder head refit #1157

Finally, it's time to get this Super Sherpa put back together following the diagnosis, strip down & parts replacement. Here's a video showing the re-fitting of the engine's cylinder head, including all the relevant torque settings, valve timing and measuring valve clearance too.
