Etosha Pan - Ramsar wetland

With dimensions of 100km in length and 50km wide, Etosha is the largest salt pan in Africa. It is situated inside Etosha National Park in the north of Namibia. Although rain is sporadic and little, the pan attracts an amazing diversity and numbers of wildlife and birds, making this one of the most popular tourist destinations in Namibia. LensTracks produced all the videos for the SA Ramsar project between 2014 and 2017. The videos were published on the SA Ramsar YouTube channel, but are now also made available on the LensTracks YouTube channel.
