This is a Filipino PORK STEW. A pork blend with tomato, chayote, onion and it's seasoning mixture such as water, salt, patis/ fish sauce, pork cube, and powdered pepper. Preparation : Cut tomatoes into small pieces Cut onions into small pieces Cut Chayote into cube pieces Marinate pork with salt then wash with water Prepare 2 table spoon patis/fish sauce, pork cube and powdered pepper Cooking Process : Boil tomatoes into water until tomatoes are finely crashed Add salt and onions Put the sliced pork simmer until meat becomes tenderly soft Add 2 table spoon fish sauce, pork cube, and powdered pepper Lastly put the chayote, cooked until it becomes soft Ready to serve.
