From Trash to Top Tier | Ravenswatch - Romeo (Attack build) - [Kintaro update] - (5neg, T-type)

The boost to offensive capabilities is actually quite significant. The build was fun before, but now it’s genuinely viable too. Its only real issue is its reliance on specific items. Otherwise, I’m almost ready to add it to the list of top-tier builds as a legitimate alternative to the Power build. I suppose I’m still bothered by a certain vulnerability in close-quarters combat, but maybe it’s just a matter of getting used to it. _________________________________________________________ Starting Talent: Panache Key Talents: Kick, Deadly Brambles, Broad Stroke Good to Have: Love Shield, Selfless Defender, Fencing Reflex Ultimate: Black Rose + Funeral Bouquet
