Managing one agent is easy. Managing six is a different job. I'm William from Latitude. In this video I connect a Hermes agent to Latitude, watch the first trace land, and then show how flaggers and signals catch problems across a fleet before a client ever emails you about them. The second half is about artifacts. I use the Latitude MCP from a coding agent to generate three single-file HTML reports with no dashboard building and no glue code: a fleet overview across every agent, a client-facing service report, and an experiment comparing a tool fix across two releases. All of it runs on real traffic from agents in production.
