B-32MU was handed over to Hainan Airlines in late 2025, making the carrier the first airline in mainland China to operate the A330-900neo. The neo is Airbus's upgraded A330. It has Rolls-Royce Trent 7000 engines, a longer wingspan with new sharklet wingtips, and the Airspace cabin.
