Chasing fall colors on Wisconsins Ice Age Trail. A day hike at Holy Hill

🍂 Fall Colors and Hills on the Holy Hill Ice Age Trail | Wisconsin Come along with me on a beautiful fall hike along part of the Holy Hill segment of Wisconsin’s Ice Age Trail! I hit the trail on October 18th and was treated to some gorgeous autumn colors, rolling hills, and plenty of elevation changes along the way. This hike was a great reminder of how beautiful Wisconsin is in the fall. The trail had plenty of ups and downs, making for a good workout while enjoying the colorful leaves and peaceful scenery of the season. There were quite a few people out enjoying the beautiful weather, but that didn’t take away from the experience. I hiked 6.1 miles with 712 feet of elevation gain, making this a beautiful but challenging fall adventure.
