Creamy, garlicky, and packed with juicy steak — this Creamy Garlic Parmesan Steak Pasta is pure comfort food 🥩🍝 Tender T-bone steaks are seared until beautifully browned, basted with garlic butter, rested, and sliced over creamy rigatoni tossed in a rich garlic parmesan sauce. Finely diced onion adds sweetness, a tiny touch of mustard gives the sauce extra depth, and fresh lemon zest brightens everything up at the end. Finish it with parmesan, parsley, black pepper, and an extra spoonful of creamy sauce over the steak. Simple ingredients, big steakhouse flavor, and seriously hard to resist. *Ingredients* 2 small T-bone steaks, about 550–600 g / 1.2–1.3 lb total Salt + black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp / 15 ml olive oil 45–50 g / 3–3½ tbsp butter, divided 6 garlic cloves — 2 crushed + 4 finely minced 1 small onion, about 80–100 g / 2.8–3.5 oz, finely diced 180 g / 6.3 oz rigatoni 200 ml / 6.8 fl oz heavy cream 80–120 ml / ⅓–½ cup hot water or reserved pasta water 60–65 g / 2.1–2.3 oz parmesan, plus more for serving 1 g / about ¼ tsp strong mustard 1/2 tsp fresh lemon zest Fresh parsley Freshly cracked black pepper Cook the steaks to your preferred doneness — timing will depend on their thickness.
