Agile Programming - Week 6 - 6min - Kanban Limits for Work in Progress - Python BDD

Welcome to Week 06 of SWE6301 Agile Programming! In this video, you will learn how to improve your team's workflow and software quality using two core practices: managing team capacity with Kanban boards to finish tasks faster, and writing clear, plain-English automated tests using Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) and Gherkin. We also walk through a hands-on demo setting up and running these tests directly in Python using the behave library to keep your code clean, decoupled, and easy to maintain.
