For this edition of my Disney Parks Food Series, we are headed to Disney’s EPCOT Theme Park, specifically Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe. Join me as we try our hands at making a HIGHLY underrated Disney treat, School Bread! School Bread (more commonly known as Skoleboller) is a Norwegian dessert, combining a cardamom bun and sweet vanilla pastry cream. The treat is topped off with even MORE pastry cream, sweet icing, and shredded coconut. All of the information on how I made this treat can be found below.
