You Never Know What’s Out There… || September 2026

Come along with us for another day around the homestead! We start the day picking a few flowers before heading down to the creek garden to gather our popcorn and pick a little sweet corn for supper. Then we decided to have a little fun. We gathered up some of the rotten apples from around our trees and carried them out to one of the hayfields where we recently set up a trail camera. Having pictures sent straight to our phone feels pretty fancy for us, and we’ve had so much fun seeing what wanders through when we aren’t around. And as it turns out… it’s not just deer out there.
