Pork Estofado

Pork Estofado is a Filipino dish using pork as the main ingredient, stewed in vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic, pretty much the same as adobo except that it’s sweeter since brown sugar is used with fried cardava banana or saging na saba and carrots. Tara! Let’s cook mga Kasandok!
