Meanwhile The Wall Street Journal reports that Iran is strengthening defences around its nuclear sites, with satellite images showing dirt mounds to obstruct ground raids, and that Tehran has told mediators it could step up attacks on US forces, including attempts to sink US warships, if the war resumes.
