Kennedy Meadows and the South Fork of the Kern River

In this episode of the journal we finish up our trip to visit the Burro Schmidt Residence before heading up Nine Mile Canyon to Kennedy Meadows. We also take a short hike northbound along the Pacific Crest Trail to see the wooden bridge spanning the South Fork of the Kern River.
