🙏 ॥ श्री गणेशाय नमः ॥ 🙏 Presenting the sacred and lesser-known नारदमुनिकृता महोदरस्तुतिः (Nārada Muni-kṛtā Mahodara Stuti), a beautiful Sanskrit stuti dedicated to श्री महोदर गणपति, one of the divine manifestations of Lord Ganesha. 📜 ग्रन्थस्रोतः / Scriptural Source मुद्गलपुराणम् (Mudgala Purāṇa) तृतीयः खण्डः — महोदरचरितम् अध्यायः ८ श्लोकाः २६–४० The text is preserved as Mudgala Purāṇa 3.8.26–40. Although traditionally identified as नारदमुनिकृता महोदरस्तुतिः, the praise itself begins with: देवर्षय ऊचुः । The divine sages praise Mahodara as गणनाथ, सिद्धिनाथ, बुद्धिनाथ, ढुण्ढि, हेरम्ब, विघ्नेश, गजानन, एकदन्त and the Lord of Yoga. One particularly profound verse explains the significance of महोदर: सर्वेषां जठरेषु त्वं स्थित्वा भोगान् करोषि वै । भोक्ता त्वदुदरे वै न कोऽपि तेन महोदरः ॥ ३३ ॥ As the stuti progresses, the praise becomes increasingly contemplative, presenting Mahodara not merely through His divine attributes but in relation to Yoga, Brahman and the indwelling divine reality.
