Between the largest hot desert on Earth and the open Atlantic lies a kingdom where a boy still carries his family's bread to a 1,000-year-old neighbourhood oven, while bullet trains race past at 320 km/h.
How do ancient ways of life survive inside a country racing toward the future?
In this 4K journey, we cross Morocco from the Mediterranean to the Sahara to the Atlantic coast. We walk through the car-free alleys of Fes, climb into the Amazigh villages of the High Atlas, sleep under the stars of Erg Chebbi, and taste a stew cooked in the fire of a public bathhouse. We meet the desert fruit that ended up feeding America and stand inside a mosque built out over the ocean.
Along the way, someone pours us three glasses of mint tea. By the end, you'll understand why.
