Last video, we built a lease expiration schedule with SUMIF, SUMPRODUCT and XLOOKUP. This time, the same schedule takes one formula per table, using Excel's GROUPBY and PIVOTBY on a 3-building office rent roll (illustrative data). Covered: every GROUPBY argument, filtering out vacant suites, % of SF and rent with PERCENTOF, auto-highlighting the total row, a live test that adds a new expiry year, and a PIVOTBY rent-by-property-and-year matrix with a heat map. Requires Excel 365. At RealAsset Edge, we build this reporting for CRE owners every month: asset management, underwriting and on-demand analyst support. 📥 CONNECT WITH US Company: RealAsset Edge Website: https://www.realassetedge.com/ LinkedIn:   / himanshu-nassa-62283413   Services: On-Demand CRE Analyst Support | Institutional-Grade Financial Modeling Subscribe for more CRE financial modeling breakdowns, underwriting workflows, and institutional‑grade Excel templates. #Excel #LeaseExpiration #GroupBy #PivotBy #CRE #CommercialRealEstate #FinancialModelling #RealAssetEdge #assetmanagement
