Are you flood-ready? A Flood Action Week Special

Join us for a special episode of The Climate Resilience Podcast with two very special guests: Mary Long-Dhonau, better known as Flood Mary, one of the UK’s most recognised advocates for people and communities living with flood risk and Kelly Ostler-Coyle, Director of Corporate Affairs at Flood Re, the organisation behind Flood Action Week, helping insurers to help householders at risk of flooding.   In many episodes of the podcast, we've discussed resilience at a strategic and policy level; in this episode, we're getting practical - looking at Property Flood Resilience (PFR), the BeFloodReady campaign, and the steps we can all take to better prepare for flood risk. Flooding isn’t just a strategic or technical challenge. It affects people’s homes, livelihoods and sense of security. Being better prepared can make a real difference.
