YCDO Creator Empowerment Project | Today’s Students, Tomorrow’s Entrepreneurs Unemployment can be addressed not only through jobs but also by creating young entrepreneurs. With this vision, the Youth Career & Development Organization (YCDO) is implementing the Creator Empowerment Project.
