21 Sept 2026: Queenstown airport| 22 Sept 2026 Milford Sound

On 21 Sept, we flew to Queenstown -- a beautiful town set on the shores of Lake Wakatipu and surrounded by the stunning Southern Alps. Known as the adventure capital of New Zealand, Queenstown is also famous as the birthplace of bungee jumping. On 22 Sept, we visited Milford Sound -- a spectacular UNESCO World Heritage Site in Fiordland National Park. En route, we enjoy beautiful sights such as Te Anau Lake, Mirror Lakes, Knobs Flat, Cascade Creek, Lake Fergus, Hollyford Valley Lookout, Monkey Creek and the famous Homer Tunnel. Upon arrival, we took a scenic cruise on Milford Sound and admire the majestic landscapes, including the iconic Mitre Peak.
