Spartathlon 2026, 246 km from Athens to Sparta, filmed on a hat-mounted Insta360 Go 3S. This is a course reference video. The goal is to give you a glimpse of what the route looks like, so you know what to expect: the long road sections out of Athens, the Corinth Canal crossing, the villages of the Peloponnese, and the final stretch into Sparta. The race follows the route Pheidippides is said to have run in 490 BC, with a 36-hour cutoff and a series of 75 checkpoint cutoffs along the way.
