I Tried to Cross This Glacier-Fed River… BIG MISTAKE! | Miyar Valley

The journey deeper into Miyar Valley, Himachal Pradesh takes an unexpected turn when I reach a powerful glacier-fed water crossing. I attempted to cross the river on my motorcycle, but the water flow was simply too strong. After a failed attempt, I had no choice but to turn back towards Udaipur and wait until the next morning. The reason? Glacier-fed rivers can have much lower flow in the early morning, before the sun increases glacier melt. So instead of taking an unnecessary risk, I decided to return the next day and attempt the crossing when the conditions were safer.
