Koi Fish Jelly for CNY

I love making Koi Fish Jelly for Chinese New Year! 🐟✨ The Koi Fish symbolizes abundance and good luck, making it a meaningful dessert for the festive season. In this recipe, I use osmanthus flowers to add a light floral aroma. I’ll also show you my technique for creating those beautiful Koi Fish spots—it’s easier than it looks! I hope you’ll try this for your CNY celebrations. 🌸 More exclusive recipes on my Patreon *Coming Soon*.
