American Adventure July 2026 - Part 5 - Sail 250th 4th July Celebrations on Queen Mary 2

Hi Everyone, Welcome to our vlog on board Queen Mary 2, on a very special day, as we join the celebrations for the 250th anniversary of American independence. We start the day with a delicious breakfast in the Britannia Restaurant. ILY then wanted to share her purchases from the American Girl store. We then went outside to watch the military flyover and sailing ships passing by. Emily was looking forward to kids club which gave us the chance to explore the ship. Once Emily had finished in kids club, we have lunch and we're excited to see the special menu options. We didn't really feel that the options fitted in with the celebrations but was enjoyable as always. As we were quite tired still from a frantic couple of days travelling we enjoyed chilling in our cabin before checking out the afternoon tea in the buffet. We then prepare for dinner and enjoy a special celebration menu, before enjoying the fireworks against the backdrop of the magnificent New York skyline.
