Building the Ultimate OBS Ford 7.3 Power Stroke

Our 1994 Ford F350, better known as the Cowboy Cadillac, is finally getting its rebuilt 7.3 Power Stroke. This turned into much more than a simple engine swap. We discovered the worn-out engine wasn’t even original to the truck, installed the rebuilt transmission, added a new clutch, upgraded the fuel system, fitted an intercooler, installed a tuner and finished it with a four-inch exhaust. We also replaced the brakes, wheel bearings, seals, steering box, cab mounts, radiator and plenty of other worn-out parts along the way. After weeks of work, it was finally time to start the rebuilt 7.3 and take the truck on its first drive.
