The New Report wizard guides you through 10 short steps, one question at a time, with no technical skills needed: ✅ Name the report, with file names built from placeholders like report name and date, so every run creates a new dated file ✅ Pick data source entities from the data catalog ✅ Select fields and rename them for the report ✅ Filter to keep only the rows you need ✅ Group rows and add counts, sums, or averages ✅ Schedule runs daily, weekly, monthly, or on a custom schedule ✅ Deliver each run by email to groups, users, or any address, or upload it to an SFTP server ✅ Keep files for one year by default, or forever, with automatic cleanup ✅ Review everything on one page and create the report, then run, clone, or edit it any time 📚 Data Catalog See all the data you can report on. Filter by backend entities from the database or OpenSearch, and open any entity to see its fields and relationships. On the Views tab, combine catalog entities into reusable views.
