How to Quit Your Job with Real Estate (Easier Than You Think)

How do I quit my job and pursue real estate investing full-time? While it may seem formidable, it’s far from impossible. On the Real Estate Rookie Podcast, we’ve heard from dozens of guests who escaped the drudgery of full-time employment to run their rental property portfolio full-time—often after only a few years of investing! With this being the main goal of many rookie real estate investors, Ashley and Tony decided today would be a great chance to showcase what exactly it takes to quit your 9-5 and pursue real estate full-time. What makes today's episode even more special is that Ashley’s partner, Daryl Clinch, just left his nine-to-five as well! Daryl is here to help answer Nash’s question on exactly what it took to leave his back-breaking work and pursue financial independence. You’ll hear firsthand how he was able to quit confidently, invest on the side, grow his relationships and eventually his real estate portfolio. If it’s possible for Daryl, it’s possible for you! ~~~~ Join BiggerPockets for FREE: https://www.biggerpockets.com/signup?... ~~~~ Join the Real Estate Rookie Facebook Group:   / realestaterookie   ~~~~ Follow Daryl on Instagram: @darylc138 or   / darylc138   ~~~~ Check out Tony’s Video on How to Retire Early by Investing in Short-Term Rentals:    • How to Retire Early by Investing in Airbnbs   ~~~~ I JUST Quit My Job to Invest: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/20... ~~~~ Should You Quit Your 9-5 Job to Become a Full-Time Real Estate Investor? https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/sh... ~~~~ How Your “Worst Case Scenario” Can Set You Free From a Job You Hate: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/bi... ~~~~ Connect with Tony and Ashley on BiggerPockets: Ashley: https://www.biggerpockets.com/users/e...
