Stuffed Mushrooms (Day 1252 - 4/29/13)

You've asked for it, so here it is. The recipe for the stuff mushrooms: • 4 Large Portobello Mushrooms, cleaned & dried • 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped well • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped • 1 cup artichoke (in brine), chopped [14oz can] • 1/4 cup parmesan • 4 tablespoons prepared pesto • 1 cup feta cheese • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced • 1 cup mozzarella cheese mixed in • 1/2 cup mozzarella sprinkled on top • 400º for 15 minutes Glaze: • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar • 2 tablespoons brown sugar • bring to boil to thicken, drizzle over mushrooms ==OTHER AWESOME STUFF== LET'S PLAYS    / stephenplays   MERCHANDISE http://stephenshop.spreadshirt.com FACEBOOK   / georg.stephen   TWITTER   / xfisjmg1   WIKI http://stephengeorg.wikia.com
