👉 THE COMPLETE GUIDE → https://docfederer.com/botox The Complete Method: the page from this video (the water-first routine, morning and night), the morning half of the protocol, exact amounts, timings and how often, and much more for skin after 60. ⬇️ THE TRICK I MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO → the warm washcloth (for very dry skin in winter, with the heating on) 1. Before your drops at night, soak a clean cotton washcloth in LUKEWARM water. Lukewarm, not hot: hot water dries the skin even more. 2. Wring it out and rest it over your clean face for one minute, breathing calmly. 3. Take it off and don't dry yourself all the way. While the skin is still damp, put on your 4 or 5 drops and PRESS them in. That minute gives the top layer of the skin the water the glycerin needs to hold on to, and in dry, heated rooms you really notice the difference. Wash the cloth every time, and skip it if you have a cut or irritated skin. (The guide has a warm-towel boost for dehydrated skin in cold weather, done with your usual cream and a few drops of plant oil.) 🧴 HELEN'S RECIPE (81 years old) • 1 tablespoon of liquid glycerin (drugstore: "vegetable glycerin" or "glycerin USP", plain, nothing added) • 4 tablespoons of REAL rose water (no alcohol, no fragrance, no "parfum" on the label) • In a small, clean glass bottle, ideally with a dropper. Close it and shake. • Want less? Same proportion with teaspoons: 1 teaspoon glycerin + 4 teaspoons rose water. HOW TO USE IT (night and morning) 1. Wash your face with lukewarm water only. No scrubbing. 2. Pat dry with little taps, leaving the skin slightly damp. 3. On damp skin, 4 or 5 drops on your fingertips and PRESS (don't rub): face, neck and the backs of your hands. 4. Very dry skin: at night, 2 drops of sweet almond or olive oil on top, like a lid. 5. Before going outside: protect your face from the sun. THE TISSUE TEST: 5 minutes after the drops, lay a plain paper tissue on your cheek. If it slides off, the mix is right. If it sticks, it needs more rose water: add a spoon, shake, try again the next night. THE 3 MISTAKES THAT RUIN IT 1. Pure or nearly pure glycerin (half and half is still too much). One to four. 2. Rose water with alcohol, fragrance or parfum. 3. Putting it on a dry face and rubbing it in. And one more: make a little at a time, write the date on it, keep it in the fridge. If it changes color, goes cloudy or smells different, throw it out. THE SECOND SECRET: a wide-brimmed hat, and the shade during the strong midday hours. WHAT TO EXPECT: softer from the first night; the change in the mirror at 3 to 4 weeks. It does NOT erase deep wrinkles or dark spots: it gives water back to dry skin. 🩺 SEE A DOCTOR SOON IF • A spot is new or has changed: uneven borders, several colors, it grows, bleeds or doesn't heal, or a small shiny bump that doesn't go away. • The mix burns, turns your face red or causes blisters: rinse with cool water, stop, and ask your doctor. ⚠️ IMPORTANT This video is general education and does NOT replace your doctor or dermatologist. Don't stop any cream or treatment you were prescribed because of something you heard here. Before using it on your face, do the allergy test: one drop on the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. Tell me in the comments: did you try the tissue test? And what did your mother or grandmother put on her face? Take care, Dr. Federer #DrFederer #SkinAfter60 #RoseWater #Glycerin #HomeRemedies
