The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD - Ch. 7 - Death Mountain

We're back and we're rolling along quite nicely! Feels like we just beat the Forest Temple and now we're finishing this video at the second dungeon, the Goron Mines. We were falling behind on collecting golden bugs, but we catch up here very quickly. There's a lot to cover, so let's just jump on in... CHAPTER 7 - DEATH MOUNTAIN So when we last left off, we were headed back to Ordon Village. The only human to ever gain the respect of the Gorons is apparently out very own Mayor Bo of Ordon Village. So we need to learn his secret. While we're here, you can let the people in the village know that their kids are ok. But this is optional lol. Go up to Mayor Bo and you'll cut over to his house to chat. He'll teach you how to wrestle, which apparently only involves three moves. You'll need to beat him twice to prove you've learned. When you're done, he'll give you the IRON BOOTS, which is his true secret for beating the Gorons. Go up to Ordon Village and speak with Fado. Call over Epona and he'll ask you to herd the goats again. Finish in less than three minutes to get HEART PIECE #6. We can now head back when ready. We're now going to play catch-up on collecting golden bugs Hyrule Field Male Beetle - Leaving the village, veer left from the path when it starts to go up hill. It should be in the tree up ahead. Female Beetle - Northeast corner of the field. You'll see it on a tree on a higher ledge. Use the boomerang Kakariko Gorge Male Pillbug - Approaching the village, it will be right before you pass the bridge on the left. Female Pillbug - On the far east side, you should see four trees. It will be somewhere among the grass between those trees. Easy right? Now we'll head back to Kakariko. When you enter, you'll watch a scene where King Bulblin and his Bulblins will return. Collin is kidnapped and taken. You'll now fight a little mini-boss battle against King Bulblin. BOSS BATTLE - King Bulblin In the first phase, you simply have to hit him enough times. Don't bother attacking the Bulblins, just focus on the King. When you hit him enough times, it will run off to the bridge to begin the second phase. Here, you'll face-off head-to-head in a little jousting match. This may be kinda tricky, but you'll need to move over to one side with Epona and then quickly bolt over to the other side as King Bulblin passes. It should only take two hits to finish it. Now you'll be back in Kakariko, aside from reuniting with the kids and whatnot, there's a couple of collectibles. Head over to the graveyard. At the far end, you should find a tree with the MALE ANT. Nearby, you can light two torches to make a treasure chest appear with 50 Rupees. If you need more money, you can fight the 'Guay's in this area. They're the birds. If you beat them all, you'll get a handful of rupees. Head back to town. In one of the abandoned houses, you'll find the FEMALE ANT. Go to the town shop. Malo has decided to take it over and opened Malo Mart. He's selling the HYRULE SHIELD for 200 Rupees. You should have enough. Don't forget, you need to actually equip your new shield. Now, if we're ready, we'll head to Death Mountain. Now that we have the Iron Boots, you should be able to hold your own against the Gorons. Proceed up the mountain. At some point, you'll have some Bokoblins shooting arrows at you. You can either shoot them with your slingshot, use the hawk grass to summon a hawk, or simply dodge them. Eventually, you'll reach a point where the eruptions of Death Mountain begin raining down all around you. A very large stone will come crashing down. Continue to proceed up the mountain. The Gorons in this area will help you. If you use your Shield Attack hidden skill on them, they will roll up in to a ball that will launch you into the air. Use this to reach the Goron Mines above. When you arrive, the Gorons will begin to attack you. However, their interim chief, Gor Coron, will stop them. After chatting a bit, Gor Coron will challenge you to a wrestling match. Don't forget to equip your Iron Boots or you won't have a chance! This wrestling match will be a bit harder than the one with Bo. The only advice we can give is to mix up your moves a bit. We were able to get through it, easy enough. When you beat him, you'll gain access to the second dungeon of the game, the Goron Mines. Welp, it's time for us to take a break.
