(조만간 귓볼 축소 예정이라 턱 보형물을 넣게 된다면 귓볼 시작점 위치가 바뀔 것 같아요.) 희망 사항 1. 찝힌코 개선, 미간 시작점 안 보였으면 좋겠고 콧대 보형물 안 비췄으면 좋겠으며 전체적으로 수술한 지 모르는 자연스러운 코가 됐으면 좋겠어요. 2. 턱 목각도 개선과 아랫 입술 아래 패인 부분이 없어졌으면 좋겠어요. 양악하다 망한 얼굴 같다는 말을 그만 듣고 싶어요. Complaints before surgery 1. I am wondering if I should proceed with surgery to correct a short columella and drooping nostrils, considering the potential scarring from alar base elevation. 2. I am concerned about the indentation right below my lower lip. When I get fillers, they migrate after two weeks; I’ve tried filling the area with various treatments—like salmon injections—but the product always settles at the tip of my chin, making it look like a heavy, drooping lump. 3. I have issues with prominent salivary glands and a lack of definition in the jaw-to-neck angle. (I am planning to have earlobe reduction surgery soon, so I’m concerned that inserting a chin implant might alter the position where my earlobes begin.) Pre-surgery wishes 1. I want to correct the "pinched" look of my nose; I don't want the starting point between the eyebrows to be visible or the bridge implant to show through, and I want an overall natural look where it isn't obvious I’ve had surgery. 2. I want to improve the angle between my chin and neck and eliminate the indentation below my lower lip.
