[VLOG1] What Yoga Teacher Training in India is

Welcome in your safe place on the internet to find yourself at peace and follow your own spiritual and peaceful path. It all started few months ago, after a big burn out I decide to finally accomplish an old dream and fly to India to go pass my Yoga Teacher Training in the Himalayas. I documented this trip, first for myself. I want to be able to live it again and again by watching this vidéo. Not only for the memories, but to reconnect myself to this different world / culture : INDIA. I also thought maybe documenting my journey through my spiritual awakening could help you find your own path through an authentic life. I found my truth in yoga and spirituality. Today I aspire to a simple, authentic and healthy life. Follow my blog for more infos : www.julia-sahasra.com And don't forget to subscribe to my channel if you like this content.
