Is Tamiya's 1/72 Corsair Really "S#t! Hot"? | F4U-1D Full Build & Review

Welcome to my full build and review of the Tamiya 1/72 scale F4U-1D Corsair! Tamiya's little Corsair has earned a reputation as one of the best F4U kits available in 1/72 scale, with excellent detail and engineering straight from the box. This is my first time actually building one, so I wanted to find out whether it really lives up to that reputation — while also testing some of my own 3D-printed upgrades along the way...And what better aircraft to build than NZ5416 "Tutae Wera", a heavily weathered RNZAF F4U-1D Corsair that served in the Pacific during 1945 who's name translates to "S#!t Hot"...
