This is my version of cocnut tart hope you give it a try. Im using a 5 cm tart tin in this video For the pastry 125 g flour 1 egg 1 tbs milk 70 g butter 1 tsp vanilla 25 g icing sugar Note if the dough is to wet add more flour For the coconut filling 1/3 cup milk 30 g butter 80 gdessicated coconut 50 g sugar 5 tbsp condensed milk pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp of baking powder 2 egg
