However, there are no signal sources around L, and U cannot provide signal strength to L either. So when L is recalculated, the result is 0. But L's original signal strength is greater than 0. So here's the contradiction: L is clearly inside the signal-strength-increase queue, so why did its signal strength become lower after recalculation? Mojang's solution is simply to manually throw an exception here (prob just to make debugging easier).
