Salcey Forest Parkrun October 17th 2026

On Saturday October 17th 2026 I was in Northamptonshire for the weekend so I elected to try out Salcey Forest parkrun (https://www.parkrun.org.uk/salceyforest/) for event 283 and what a good choice that turned out to be! The results from that day can be seen at https://www.parkrun.org.uk/salceyfore.... It’s a single lap course (we like those!) through Salcey Forest on a mixture of gravel and trail paths. It was a chilly but beautiful morning to run and I would not hesitate to return. If you find yourself in the area then give it a try as I’m sure you would not be disappointed. Many thanks to all 21 volunteers who enabled 189 finishers to take part, it’s very much appreciated! Song: Neon Sunsets Music: CreatorMix.com
