This version of baklava recipe can be considered the fastest ,easiest and least time consuming .Total prepping and baking time about an hour. The result is very good looking, glossy and of course tasty pastry, one of my childhood favorites. I like baking this baklava especially for our New Year's table, or for any special occasions,it looks very festive and can make any dessert setting look special. I love using different toasted nuts when making baklava. My favorite mix will be : toasted walnuts, slivered almonds and pecans, but any kind will work just as perfect. And of course baklava is known for its specific flavor and sweetness. I personally avoid using sugar in my baklava recipe. Will use only minimum and rely on honey sweetness only. Here comes the baklava recipe with puff pastry ,nuts and honey. Happy baking!
