Demo: Building a region-focused SARS-CoV-2 Nextstrain tree

This is the first part of a two part demonstration on how to use Nextstrain's tools for genomic epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2. This demo was originally part of an hour-long demonstration to the Seattle Flu Study scientific group.
