DIY Camper Build Composite Panels Mercedes Unimog | EP12 part 1

The time has finally come – we're turning the back of our ex-army truck into our full-time home on wheels! This is Part 1 of 2 and in this episode, we're getting everything ready for the big assembly. We cut the aluminum frame, prepare the base, and glue down the floor. All materials were ordered well in advance, and our panels are made of fiberglass and already insulated. We walk you through everything step by step! The panels were roughly cut for us, but we’re doing all the precise trimming ourselves. We’re also cutting the hole for the door of our camper and gluing everything together – fully DIY.
