We Finally Have POWER at Our Off-Grid Sawmill!

Welcome to the FIRST episode of WORTH IT WEDNESDAYS! Today we’re putting the AFERIY Nomad 1800 portable power station to work at our off-grid sawmill, where we have NO electricity! Can this portable power station handle real woodworking tools and keep our equipment charged? We’re back working on our sawmill blade sharpening shed, turning it into a functional workspace where we can sharpen sawmill blades, charge batteries, and keep our equipment running without access to grid power. First, we fire up our Range Road hydraulic board edger to cut some lumber down to size before building a new countertop and shelving area inside the shed. Then we put the AFERIY Nomad 1800 portable power station to work, running our miter saw and charging batteries for our cordless tools, cameras, and filming equipment. We’re also setting up a dedicated workspace for our sawmill blade sharpener. This is exactly the kind of equipment we want to test on Worth It Wednesdays — tools, equipment, and products that might actually make life easier around the sawmill, workshop, and homestead. But the big question is… IS IT WORTH IT? 👇 LET US KNOW IN THE COMMENTS! Would you use a portable power station in your workshop, sawmill, or off-grid setup?
