After the village is deserted, the people who live there gather almost every day to enjoy the deserted village and sing and dance to such songs. नेपालको प्रत्येक गाउँका युवाहरु बिदेश पलायन भएका छन । त्यस मध्य पनि १० बर्ष जनयुद्द पछि रुकुम र रोल्पा जिल्लाका धेरै भन्दा धेरै युवाहरु बिदेश पलायन र बसाईसराई भएको पाइन्छ । जनयुद्द रोकियो । देशमा लोकतन्त्र आयो । देश संघीयतामा गयो । रुकुम जिल्लाका नेताहरुको स्वार्थले रुकुम जिल्लालाई दुई टुक्रा बनाईयो । नाम रुकुम नै रहेपनि पुर्व रुकुम र पश्चिम रुकुम नामले चिनाइयो । तर, रुकुम पुर्व जिल्लाका युवाहरुको बिदेश पलायन र बसाईसराई रोकिएन । जिल्लाको गाउँहरुलाई हेर्दा तकसेरा गाउँका युवाहरु बिदेश पलायनमा निकै अगाडि भएको जस्तो लाग्छ । तकसेरा गाउँ मध्य पनि तल्लो सेरामा धेरै भन्दा धेरै बिदेश र बसाईसराई भएकोले त्यहाँको घरहरु हरेक बर्ष 4-5 वटा भट्किदै गैरहेको छ । गाउँ सुनसान छ । गाउँको गल्लिहरुमा रातको कुरा के गर्नु दिनको समयमा पनि एक्लै हिड्न डर लाग्छ । गाउँमा बुदेशकाल लागेका र छोरी मान्छे मात्र भेटिन्छन । त्यो पनि निकै कम मात्रामा छ्न । गाउँ सुनसान भए पछि त्यहाँ बस्नेहरु सुनसान गाउँलाई रमाईलो बनाउन प्रया हरेक दिन जम्मा भएर यस्तै गितहरु गाउने र नाच्ने गर्छन ।
