Mullivaikal – A Place That Remembers | Mullivaikal, Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 During my journey through Northern Sri Lanka, I visited Mullivaikal, a place deeply connected with the history of the final stages of the Sri Lankan Civil War. In this video, I explore the Mullivaikal memorial, the surrounding area, and some of the damaged and abandoned war vehicles that remain as reminders of the conflict. I also explain the historical events of May 2009, the significance of Mullivaikal during the final phase of the war, and some of the major events that took place in this region. This video is made from a traveller and documentary perspective, with the intention of understanding and documenting the history of a place I visited. It is not intended to support or oppose any particular political or ideological position. Mullivaikal is more than just a location on the map.
