On January 24, 2006, 24-year-old Jennifer Kesse got ready for work in Orlando, Florida, and vanished. Two days later her car was found a mile away — and hidden security cameras had recorded an unidentified person parking it and walking away behind a fence. Twenty years later, that figure has never been identified. This documentary covers Jennifer's life, her last known contacts, the discovery of her car, the surveillance footage frame by frame, the people investigators ruled out, her family's fight for answers, and the new DNA evidence that has made the case active again.
