Diving the Iconic Spiegel Grove in Key Largo

"DIVE IT. — The Spiegel Grove in Key Largo. We dove the 510-foot former Navy landing ship, sunk in 2002 as an artificial reef and one of the largest wrecks in the US. Diving with Rainbow Reef Dive Charters on The Tropical Legend, we stayed on the upper wreck with plenty of margin. An incredible dive — the scale of this thing is unreal. A full moon the night before and a king tide coming in resulted in a very intense current to deal with. Definitely a lot of lessons learned on this dive.
