11 Things I Do Differently as a Woman Over 50

Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray. Use the back of spoon to make an indentation in center of each. Place muffin pan on foil covered baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until meat loaves are done (160 degrees F). Top with remaining salsa and cheese and bake 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Notes: I like to double the recipe.
