This Past Seven on the Sandbar was another busy one.

I’m literally on my way to a home inspection (with staging bags still in the back of the car… realtor life 😅). Big win this week: we had a seller client dealing with septic drain field replacement, and the best access was through the vacant lot behind them. We did some serious sleuthing, tracked down the owner, and helped connect them so we could get permission to come in that way. Huge help for everyone involved. We also had a bunch of showings, 2 closings, and got a buyer under contract (that’s the inspection I’m heading to now). And we squeezed in some fun too: a spooky wine dinner at Aqua with friends, ran into past clients out “in the wild,” and a date night dinner to wrap it up. See you on the next seven. #OBXRealEstate #OuterBanks #SandbarLiving #KellerWilliams #OBXRealtor #CoastalLiving #HomeBuying #HomeSelling #RealEstateLife #OBXHomes
