During trial, Officer Skyler Tang testified about the DUI investigation, field sobriety tests, the vehicle’s headlights, and his observations at the scene. The defense challenged his limited DUI experience and questioned whether there was sufficient evidence that Holston had actually been driving or in physical control of the vehicle.
